Call of Duty points FAQ
What do COD Points buy?
COD Points pay for eligible in-game items in supported Call of Duty titles, such as cosmetics, bundles and the Battle Pass. A points pack is not a copy of the game, and it does not include every item: some items are bought with other currencies or are tied to an edition.
Are COD Points locked to one platform?
Yes. Points redeemed on Xbox stay on that Xbox account, Battle.net points stay on that Battle.net account, and PlayStation points stay on that PlayStation account. Linking the accounts does not move or merge the balances.
Which games share COD Points?
On one platform, COD Points are shared by the supported Call of Duty games on that account that spend COD Points, including current Warzone and Black Ops titles. Call of Duty: Mobile uses a separate CP balance.
Do COD Points expire?
Redeemed COD Points are not sold with an expiry date. Redeem the code while it is still valid and keep it in your order. Eyad Cards does not set a points expiry of its own.
How do I redeem on Xbox?
Open redeem.microsoft.com, sign in to the Xbox account that should receive the points, enter the code, and confirm the pack. Then open a supported Call of Duty game on that account.
How do I redeem on Battle.net or the web?
Sign in at account.battle.net with the PC account you use for Call of Duty, choose Redeem a Code, and enter the code. You can do this in a browser. Do not enter an Xbox or PlayStation code on Battle.net.
Is Mobile CP the same as console or PC COD Points?
No. Call of Duty: Mobile CP is a separate balance. A Mobile pack does not add points on Xbox, Battle.net or PlayStation, and a console or PC pack does not add CP in Mobile.
About these Call of Duty codes
Each points pack is for one platform and one region, shown before you pay. Xbox and Battle.net points are redeemed as a code on that platform. On one console or PC account, supported Call of Duty games share the points. They do not become Mobile CP. A game edition, when one is listed, is that game, not a points balance. The price is the current price of the pack. Delivery is the code in your account and by email. For a missing code or the wrong platform, write to info@eyadcards.com and see the refund policy.
