How do I choose the right gift card or game key?
Check the brand, value, redemption country and currency before adding a product to your cart. For game keys, also check the platform, edition and any base-game requirement. Your display currency is separate from the product’s redemption currency.
Where will I find my purchase?
Open My Orders to check payment and delivery status and access delivered codes. Delivery starts after payment confirmation and any required review. A saved or pending order does not mean payment or delivery is complete.
Can I use a Global product in any country?
A Global label does not override the issuer’s account, currency, age or country restrictions. Read the selected product’s description and redemption instructions before buying.
Which payment methods can I use?
Checkout shows the payment methods available for your location and order. Review the final payment currency, total and any fees before continuing to the payment provider.
What should I do if my payment or order is pending?
Check the existing order in My Orders before paying again. If payment was taken but the status has not updated, contact support with your order reference so we can investigate without creating a duplicate purchase.
What should I do if a code does not work?
Open a support ticket with your order reference, the exact error message and a screenshot with the code and personal details hidden. Keep redemption codes private, and never send passwords, full card details or verification documents in a support message.
Can I cancel an order or request a refund?
Contact support promptly before delivery to request cancellation. Valid codes cannot normally be returned for a change of mind after delivery or access. Faulty codes, non-delivery and mandatory consumer rights are not excluded. Read our Refund policy for the full process.
