Who you are buying from

Eyadcards is operated by Eyad Store Limited, RM 1307, 13/F, Kenbo Commercial Building, 335-339 Queen's Road West, Hong Kong. These terms, the product information shown at purchase and our Refund policy govern your order. Contact us through the Contact page for order or legal enquiries.

Products and redemption

We sell digital gift cards, prepaid vouchers and game activation keys. A gift card is credit or a specified entitlement, not necessarily the goods or services of the brand shown. A game key may be a full game, an expansion, an upgrade or in-game currency; the selected listing identifies the platform and edition. An expansion may require a separately owned base game.

Brand names identify issuers and publishers and do not, by themselves, imply affiliation or endorsement. Each product has its own currency or unit, value, region, eligibility and expiry conditions. The purchase currency is different from the redemption currency; a Global label does not override issuer account restrictions.

We are responsible for an accurate listing and the product we supply. Issuer rules govern redemption, but do not replace your rights against us for an incorrect or defective product. We do not offer an additional unlimited warranty or guarantee an issuer will operate forever.

Orders, prices and delivery

Prices can change before checkout. Review the final amount, currency and any applicable fees before paying. An order acknowledgement or pending payment is not a confirmation of delivery. We may pause fulfillment for payment verification, fraud checks or product availability; automatic delivery is not a promise of a fixed delivery time.

If we cannot fulfill an accepted, paid order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate resolution or refund. We will not charge a higher replacement price without your agreement. We may decline an order that cannot be lawfully or securely fulfilled.

Account and payment security

Use accurate details and a payment method you are authorized to use. Keep your account and codes private. Do not bypass country restrictions, manipulate prices or quantities, use stolen payment details, or interfere with other customers or the service. We may restrict access or hold an order where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse. A review is not an automatic forfeiture of your money.

Purchases are unavailable in Russia, and RUB and cryptocurrency-redeemable gift cards are not offered. Any cryptocurrency payment option is unavailable for Egypt or an unverified payment location. Available methods depend on your location, the product and provider approval; a display-country selection does not change payment eligibility.

Age and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to create an account or buy. A younger person may only use the service with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the purchase. The service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information; if you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it. Some issuers set their own age limits for redemption.

Cancellations and customer rights

Our Refund policy explains cancellations, revealed codes and code problems. Immediate digital supply does not automatically remove every withdrawal right: where the law requires a separate consent and acknowledgement, those requirements must be met. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer protections, liability for fraud or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Complaints and changes

Contact us with your order reference and the outcome you are requesting. You remain free to use the complaint, court or regulator routes available under applicable law. The version of these terms applying to your purchase is not replaced retroactively by later updates.

Promotions and reseller pricing

A promotion applies only to the products, dates, accounts and conditions shown for that offer. Where a reseller discount is assigned to your account, the applicable discounted price is shown before payment; it does not change the card face value. Do not assume multiple offers can be combined unless that is stated.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live are not displaced by this choice of law. Nothing here requires you to give up a court, regulator or payment-provider remedy available under applicable law.
