Refunds & returns
Refund eligibility, faulty codes, missing orders and how to request a refund.

After delivery or viewing a code
A valid gift card or game key cannot be returned for a change of mind once its code has been displayed, accessed or delivered to you, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This includes buying the wrong value, game edition, platform or region when the listing was accurate. Not redeeming a code does not by itself make it refundable.
This rule does not remove remedies for a code that was invalid or already redeemed before delivery, an incorrect product supplied by us, non-delivery, unauthorized payment or any rights required by applicable law.
Before delivery
Contact us promptly to request cancellation. If fulfillment has started, we must check whether the order can still be stopped. A cancellation request is not a confirmation of cancellation. Any applicable statutory withdrawal right remains available.
A code does not work
Open a support ticket from your account, or email info@eyadcards.com. Include your order reference, the product, when the problem occurred and the exact error message. A screenshot can help, with the code and personal details covered. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers or identity documents in a support message.
We investigate the order and may ask the card issuer to verify activation or redemption timing. A displayed code is evidence of access, not proof that you redeemed it. That check does not remove our responsibilities or extend deadlines imposed by law.
If the code was defective when supplied, we will provide the remedy required by law, which may be a replacement or refund. Where the law gives you a choice, we respect it. Report problems as soon as possible; we do not impose a 24-hour deadline that overrides your legal rights.
Missing, duplicate or delayed orders
Contact us if payment was taken but the code has not arrived, an order appears twice, or the stated delivery time has passed. Do not place another order simply to retry a delayed delivery. We will check payment and fulfillment records and resolve a confirmed failure through delivery or an appropriate refund.
Refunds and payment disputes
Approved refunds normally return to the original payment method. If that is not possible, we will agree a lawful alternative with you. Store credit is not imposed instead of a refund you are legally entitled to receive. Refund timing depends on the payment provider; we will identify the amount and method when confirming the refund.
Tell us about any open bank or payment-provider dispute so refunds are not duplicated. We may resolve a case through that provider and supply relevant order and delivery evidence. You do not have to give up statutory or payment-provider dispute rights to report a faulty code. We do not apply a blanket non-refundable fee where the law requires that fee to be returned.
Keep your code private
Once a valid code has been delivered, keep it secure. We may be unable to replace a code shared with another person or redeemed after delivery. This does not excuse a security failure on our part or remove mandatory rights.
