Cancellation requests before delivery and the conditions for digital products.

Requesting cancellation
Open a support ticket or email info@eyadcards.com as soon as possible. Include the order reference and say which items you want to cancel. A request is not an automatic cancellation; we check payment and fulfillment before confirming the outcome.
Before a code is issued or delivered
If fulfillment can still be stopped, we will confirm cancellation and any refund due. Do not assume that an unopened order page means a code was never issued or delivered through another channel. Issuing the code may already have started. Mandatory cancellation rights remain available.
After delivery or code access
A correctly described, valid digital code is normally not cancellable for a change of mind after delivery or access, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This does not exclude remedies for an invalid or previously used code, an incorrect item, unauthorized payment or non-delivery. See the Refund policy.
Subscription vouchers and game pre-orders
A subscription voucher supplies the duration or entitlement shown on its listing; it is not a recurring billing agreement with Eyadcards. Any recurring subscription you separately start with an issuer must be managed with that issuer. For a game pre-order, cancellation depends on the disclosed release and delivery terms and applicable law; cancellation is not promised once a usable key has been supplied.
Consumer withdrawal rights
Where applicable law gives a withdrawal right, it is preserved unless the legal conditions for an exception are met. Immediate digital delivery does not, by itself, prove that you agreed to lose that right. A required separate consent, acknowledgement or durable confirmation must be provided through the purchase process.
Refunding a cancelled order
A confirmed cancellation is reconciled with the original payment and any open provider dispute before refunding, to avoid paying twice. Refunds are not automatically converted to wallet credit where you have a legal right to a monetary refund. The confirmation will state the amount, method and expected processing time.
